Wow! It has been a crazy new year photographing Real Estate! I have no problem going out in below 0 weather but definitely prefer the warmer climate days we have recently had. My drone pilot Jerry, stopped out at our local Lake Cunningham “Site 16” in Omaha, NE last night and caught this early evening image of the cracking ice. Normally this time of year I would sneak out to capture the ice fisherman and fisherwoman in their ice shanty’s hoping for a big catch! Now that is a different style of real estate all together but fun to capture. I am busy next week with some agents who have properties to sell and look forward to making some new homeowner dreams come true! I have some new brochures I have ordered so if you know of an agent looking for a photographer, look no further and I will mail them a brochure. Buckle Down Nebraska! I think we have a weather surprise coming our way. 70 degrees today in Omaha? Amazing! I am personally working hard not to get to comfortable.
